Villa Zen is a luxuriously furnished villa that accommodates up to 8 people. The villa is spread across 3 floors, resulting in a unique architecture and layout.
The villa features 4 spacious bedrooms, each with a comfortable double bed and an en-suite bathroom with toilet. One bedroom with bathroom is located on the ground floor, while the other three are on the first floor. All rooms on the first floor are connected via an open-air terrace, where lounge areas have also been created. Each bedroom is equipped with air conditioning.
On the third floor, you'll find the open kitchen and living room, offering a spectacular view over the Salina. The kitchen is fully equipped with high-quality appliances to make your stay as pleasant as possible. You can dine together at the large dining table in the kitchen or relax in the living area on the comfortable seating arrangement.
The villa has a spacious private terrace with a jacuzzi and a garden, where you can sunbathe or take a refreshing dip in the private swimming pool. Additionally, there is a shared pool available for use, which features a bar.
The villa is situated in the small-scale, fully enclosed Bohemi Resort, which is only accessible through an automatic gate that can be opened with a provided code. The resort also features an excellent restaurant where you can enjoy delicious meals.
Our houses are equipped with solar panels and batteries. As a result, electricity costs are low, and these villas always have power, even during a blackout.

Discover the villa
As you step into the villa, the ground floor welcomes you with a convenient layout. To your right, you'll find the parking area, a spacious garage, and a storage room. Continuing further, you'll come across the first bedroom, complete with an en-suite bathroom. Moving ahead, the space opens up to a large private terrace, featuring a swimming pool and a dining area—perfect for outdoor entertaining.
Ascending the stairs to the first floor, you'll find a guest toilet at the top of the staircase. This level is home to three additional bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom, all connected by a generous lounge area that invites relaxation and socializing.
Adjacent to the guest toilet is another staircase leading to the second floor. Here, an open-plan layout combines a modern kitchen, a cozy living room, and a dining space, creating the perfect setting for family gatherings or quiet evenings.

After your successful booking, we would like to know when we can welcome you to the beautiful Curaçao. Our host Marianne will contact you after your booking. To ensure a smooth process, we kindly request that you provide us with your expected arrival time no later than 2 days before your arrival.
Our host Marianne will personally welcome you to the villa upon arrival and hand over the keys. She’ll show you around, and then your stay can begin. Marianne is available throughout your stay if you have any questions or need any help.
When you arrive, Marianne will show you around the villa and explain where to find everything and how things work. She’ll also be happy to share a few useful tips about the villa and the surrounding area. If you have any questions or need help during your stay, you can always reach out to her.
After that, it’s simply time to enjoy your stay. Take a dip in the pool, read a book on your sun lounger or head out to explore Curaçao. If you enjoy hiking, mountain biking, diving or other outdoor activities, Marianne can also share tips on great routes and beautiful places around the island. And if you need us, we’re always available. Otherwise, we’ll simply leave you to enjoy your holiday at your own pace.
